There is going to a great panic when people in the west can't use there electronic cards anymore and can't get any cash out
with them. People on pensions and unemployed will not get there payments for a month.
And even if they did they couldn't pay for anything with there electronic cards, including not getting any cash out.
All of this will happen for the month of MAY in 2019 until the 1st of next month.
So keep cash at home and stock up for food to last you at least a month until this is all over.
